If you need assistance with your QuickBooks application outside of our business hours, please go to direct to their support at http://support.quickbooks.intuit.com/support/
3How do I access/use my secure web portal?
In order to view and print information from your portal you must have Adobe(r) Reader(r) version 5.0.5 or greater installed. If it is not already installed on your computer, you may download the free Adobe Reader from http://www.adobe.com/products/acrobat.

To access your web portal, visit our firm's Webpage www.lauzenaccounting.com

Then click the Client Login link.

To protect your privacy, your web portal is password protected. Access your portal using the login ID and the password you were given at time of installation.

If you are unaware of your username and password you can navigate to the client center and click on “Forgot User Name” or “Forgot Password” and follow the step by step instructions. If this does not work for you, please email office@35.184.247.143 and a Team member will respond to you with this information shortly.
4How do I use my file exchange?
On your home screen, off to the left there is a “documents” section. In the “documents” section you will see “File Exchange”.
1. Select “File Exchange”
2. Select Your Company
3. “Upload”
4. “Add Files”

Now navigate to the file to the location you have saved the document in your computer.
5. “Start Upload”
Once your upload is complete, we will receive an email notification here letting us know that a file has been uploaded.
If you do not have file exchange set up in your secure web portal. Please request it by clicking here (this can be an email to office@35.184.247.143)

6Can I pay my taxes online?
Yes, here are links for both Federal IRS and the State of Illinois.

Pay Federal Taxes - www.PAY1040.com allows you to pay your Federal income taxes electronically. Pay Illinois State Taxes- File your state tax online.
